Alexa has been putting on my make-up since she's been a little over a year and a half. Jared's never been interested in playing with the make-up, however, until a little over a month ago. If fact, we always thought he had some sort of sensory issue since he has always hated getting himself "messy." Now, though, he seems to be making up for it. He's been going crazy with the lipstick and eyeshadow, as you can see, and having a wonderful time doing it.
The kids have never been big LEGO players, but lately they've been enjoying playing with them more. They were so intent here working together (with only a few minor arguing breaks) to build skyscrapers for their city.
They've been putting things like
buckets, the play grocery carts and pots and pans on their heads and calling it their "masks.
I walked in to find Alexa had emptied an entire bottle of baby powder on top of her head!
